Vacuum packaging your food extends its shelf life by up to 5 times. All air is extracted from a thick plastic bag which is then sealed with a welded seam. You can then freeze or store the food in the fridge for a long shelf life, which leads to reduced food waste. Also perfect for quickly marinating or sous vide cooking.
