Nordic Kitchen Santoku knife from Eva Solo made of Japanese Damascussteel and pakkawood. Manufactured according to ancient Japanese tradition with the same type of techniques used for Samurai swords. This technique gives you a narrow, sharp and stable blade with high flexibility. The Santoku knife has a particularly sharp 18 cm long blade.
