Fillet knife from Norwegian EGO with a characteristically curved knife blade that is both thin and flexible to smoothly cut under the fish’s skin along its spine.
The blades have excellent edge performance which provides incredibly sharp edges, excellent strength, high hardness and high resistance to corrosion. The knives are very easy to sharpen again to regain their incredible sharpness.
